On vacation in your own country, in the middle of the woods. That is possible in this nature house, located in the municipality of Holten in the beautiful province of Overijssel, in a wooded area known as the Borkeld. The bungelow stands in the woods on a plot of 664 m² with plenty of privacy. The house is very suitable for seniors, not really for small children . The cottage has a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, shower, toilet and shed and there is a separate barn in the garden. The first floor has underfloor heating. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, a six-person dining table, television, playstaion 3. The kitchen is modern and includes: a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, coffee maker and kettle. There is also internet access (also WiFi fiber optic) through a wireless modem. Heating is through a central heating system (new Oct. 2020) with radiators in each room.
Nature and surroundings
Beautifully located on the edge of a wooded area, detached house fully equipped with all amenities fully furnished with new furniture. Winters nice reading. All year round you can enjoy here.
