Nature house 350 meters above sea level on a 16,000-square-meter property. The villa consists of 4 self-contained and independent apartments in which 2 to 5 people and a total of 13+2 Guests can be accommodated. The villa is structured to be lived in by couples or families, or by groups of friends in conviviality, but each in their own privacy in their own apartment, all furnished and equipped and air-conditioned in one is installed a dishwasher, in another a washing machine. Common areas have been created: the large furnished terrace where you can read a book or sip a drink while looking at the sea and three of the Aeolian islands in the distance. Or you can gather in the BBQ area for sumptuous grilling near a large rustic table, or even in the nearby solarium area with a nice hot tub for 6 people. This is the solution for those who feel like unplugging and enjoying the grandeur of nature. Possible hiking.
Nature and surroundings
When we bought the villa nine years ago, we thought it was the best place to feel close to nature and experience its rhythms, smell its scents, be a spectator of the slow change of colors. In a word, protagonists of something that the society we live in today is increasingly unlikely to offer us. Four apartments have been obtained to which we have given, to each, the name of one of the Aeolian Islands that can be seen in the distance. ; l Panarea apartment and Lipari, two-room apartments, accommodate 4 people, 5 on request with a cot/pouf. Lipari has an exclusive hot tub with hot water from October to May. From June the latter is positioned in the solarium at the free disposal of all Guests. Vulcano and Salina accommodate 2 and 3 people respectively.
