This cottage is located in the hills 350 meters. above sea level on a 16,000-square-meter property. The apartment is furnished and equipped. Consisting of an area with a double bed and separated from the bedroom is a living area where a sofa for a child and/or a person of petite build finds space. The apartment also has a small kitchenette with dishes and induction cooker and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is air conditioned. Usable common parts are: the barbecue area for sumptuous grilling with a large rustic table and a solarium area with a nice hot tub for 6 people and a washing machine freely available to Mr. and Mrs. Guests. When we bought the villa nine years ago, we thought it was the best place to feel close to nature and experience its rhythms, smell its scents, be a spectator of the slow change of colors. In a word, protagonists of something that the society we live in today is increasingly unlikely to offer us. The whole coast, however, from Cefalù to Capo D Orlando offers beaches with crystal clear sea.
