Nature house. Apartment in a villa in the hills 350 meters. above sea level in a property of 16,000 square meters. An apartment suitable for "nature purists," it was renovated during 2019 and is located, detached from the other apartments in the main building further down the valley. It is positioned upstream of the property. This apartment is reached by driving along a narrow, sometimes uneven country road that gives access to a private gate where it is possible to park a car. It is not recommended for owners of sports cars and/or cars with lowered trim. . Furnished and equipped it comes with a refrigerator with freezer. It has a double bed and a functional kitchenette with induction plate, electric oven and washing machine. It has a small terrace of about 50 sq. m. with umbrella. Separately, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is air conditioned. In the evening, by turning off the lights, you can enjoy a wonderful starry sky. The apartment does not have a television.
Nature and surroundings
When we bought the villa nine years ago, we thought it was the best place to feel close to nature and experience its rhythms, smell its scents, be a spectator of the slow change of colors. In a word, protagonists of something that the society we live in today is increasingly unlikely to offer us. Five apartments have been obtained to which we have given, to each, the name of one of the Aeolian Islands that can be seen in the distance. For lovers of the sea we point out 10Km away Castel di Tusa, awarded in 2019 for the 7th consecutive time with two blue flags by Legambiente. The whole coast, however, from Cefalù to Capo D Orlando offers beaches with crystal clear sea.
