Johannesdal is located near the crater lake Mien. Downstairs: hall, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sitting area with TV/DVD, wood-burning stove, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, sink. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds. A crib can be added in the main bedroom. A high chair is also available. Outside: large covered terrace, grill. Hot tub (per stay): 35€ to be paid locally if you wish to use(not accessible due to freezing temperatures from 1/12-1/03) , if you book for a short period or lastminute we cannot guarantee the availability of the hot tub.Internet on request(WIFI): 5GB(10€), 20GB(20€), 100GB(30€), to be paid locally. Electricity and wood to be settled at check-out. If you check out before 9am you have to let us take care of the cleaning(95€).There is also the possibility to rent bikes on the spot. Enclosed garden with dog house, crate, food/water bowl also available.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located near Lake Mien. Mien is a circular crater lake. From the nature house it is great cycling in the area. At 2 km you can find the moose park Älgriket. Tingsryd is 18 km from the cottage. There you can find supermarkets (ICA, Börjes). Also an ATM and some restaurants. Karlshamn is 35 km from the house. Karlskrona is a maritime city built on more than 30 islands connected by bridges and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List because of its architecture. The most notable sights are:-The Naval Museum(free admission)-The Blekinge Lans Museum- The Ikea museum at Älmhult.- Glass art at Kosta Boda.-A visit to beautiful Öland.-Safaripark Eriksberg.-Hiking in Åsnens nationalpark. -The island of Aspö where it is nice to bike/hike, for this you take the free ferry in Karlskrona-The amusement park of Pippi Långstrump ...
