Rustic Umbrian-style detached villa with modern comforts. 5 bedrooms (1 with large roof terrace), 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower), fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, large living/dining room with fireplace and smart TV. Adjacent to this room is a winter garden/veranda overlooking the private garden. The large private garden (ca.900m²) is equipped with garden furniture and is close to the swimming pool (15x5m).
Nature and surroundings
The estate was once a small hamlet consisting of 3 Umbrian farmhouses from the 18th century situated at about 521 meters above sea level. The now totally renovated buildings and grounds have now been transformed into this Agriturismo and are surrounded by 96 hectares of (organic) olive groves, meadows and woods overlooking the Italian valleys and mountains. We can be reached by taking a one and a half kilometer long dirt road followed on both sides by towering ancient cypress trees. At the property you will be welcomed by us, Mathijs and Gigi. The nature house is located on the ancient Etruscan route from Orvieto - Perugia, and also in the middle of the UNESCO-proclaimed National Park of Ecology and Biodiversity, Monte Peglia.Umbria, an authentic piece of Italy, far away from mass tourism, and surrounded by the most beautiful villages, towns and borghi. Exactly between Lago Bolsena and Lago Bolsena near Orvieto.
