Where there used to be an old egg house, we built a new and beautiful nature house in 2018. We used natural materials and chose wood frame construction. Because of the excellent insulation, it is wonderful to stay in our cottage throughout the year. The detached vacation home has a completely private driveway and access and is surrounded by garden and meadows. Ground floor: Through the central hall of the nature house you reach the two double bedrooms, both equipped with a double box spring with top mattress. Also located in the hall is a separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom has floor heating and features a spacious shower, double sink and a second toilet. In the very pleasant living room with open kitchen you will find a nice dining area and a comfortable sitting area with TV and cozy pellet stove. Through the garden doors you reach the terrace and garden. Via the staircase and loft you will find the spacious third bedroom with 2 single beds.
Nature and surroundings
The location makes this property the ideal vacation spot. On the one hand, you will find plenty of peace and space, and on the other hand, the area offers many possibilities. Junction 72 (of the hiking trails "knopenlopen") is a stone's throw from the cottage. So you can start these routes directly from the cottage. There are also several bicycle routes such as "green group landscape route" along the cottage. An ideal starting position for a round of walking or cycling. Also the nearby Ezelweiwei "Vrengesplats" will make you marvel at the beauty of Sevenum. In addition, a trip to the popular and nearby amusement park Toverland is a great opportunity to go out with your family or friends. Attractiepark Toverland has 35 attractions and shows in no less than six themed areas, including Troy: the fastest, longest and highest wooden roller coaster in the Benelux.
