The natural house has a living space of approx. 120 sqm and is surrounded by a park-like area with approx. 3000 sqm of land. Access to the property is via the inviting driveway through an electric gate and offers ample parking space on the property. The gate is opened and closed centrally from the house and there is also an intercom system. The property is adorned with old trees and precious woods and a pretty fish pond. The attractive and sunny location spoils you from sunrise until late in the evening and invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together on a spacious outdoor terrace with seating, providing the ideal basis for relaxation and regeneration. Up to 8 people can stay in the house. Your dog is very welcome. There is a barrel sauna and a hot tub on the property, which can be booked for an additional fee.
