This lovely house is on a quiet road and it comes with 1.3 acres of land to enjoy. The nature house has a spacious living room and dining room. From here you look over the land via the terrace. You will also find a spacious kitchen with an island where you can have a drink while cooking. Unless you use the bbq outside. You will find the TV room immediately upon entering. Wifi and blueray DVD player available. Upstairs are two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. In the barn there are two mountain bikes ready for you to explore the area or to cycle to the bakery in the morning for fresh croissants. If you sit in the hot tub in the evening you will enjoy the wood-fired hot water, the starry sky, the sound of owls and deer.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the Parc Regional d'Armorique. Here are beautiful hiking and cycling routes. In addition, you can be at the beach in 30 minutes. The beaches are embedded between rock formations. The village is 5 minutes from the house or you can take your bike and enjoy the area for about 20 minutes. Morlaix has a nice market on Saturdays and Quimper is a particularly beautiful authentic town 40 minutes away. You can canoe and horseback ride in the area. In short, there is plenty to see and do.
