In a quiet green area, our nature house is located on 2.5 acres of land where you can hear the birds chirping, where the occasional squirrel shoots by and where at dusk you can see the deer grazing in the field. Here you can enjoy the silence and the space. Truly a place to unwind. The cottage, situated at the head of a so-called "grange" has a private terrace overlooking a piece of garden, woodland and meadow. The cottage is tastefully decorated with an open well-equipped kitchen and large living area with sofa and two armchairs. There is also a wood stove and a television (canal digital) The oak beams, the windows and the height of the house create a charming atmosphere. An iron spiral staircase (not suitable for people with mobility problems) leads to the bedroom floor. Here you will find a queen-size box-spring bed and a luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The toilet (passage 41 cm) is located separately.
Nature and surroundings
Our nature house is located in Centre-Val de Loire (Sazeray) a beautiful France not yet discovered by mass tourism, twenty minutes away from the historic town of La Châtre, Nearer is St. Sévère sur Indre, a nice village with a weekly commodity market and where you can find a bakery, butcher and a gift store / tea room. The area is hilly with small country roads and a so-called scenic landscape: forests and farmlands alternate. It is a wonderful walking and cycling area. Nearby there is an opportunity to cool down in a constructed lake. A little further away there are larger recreational lakes where you can canoe or swim. Also culturally this green Berry has much to offer: castles, churches but also nice villages with typical French squares.
