The property is located in open countryside among olive groves and vineyards, in a typical Tuscan atmosphere. The structure consists of two apartments. On the First Floor we find the apartment furnished in a purely Tuscan style. In the living area there is a large wooden table that can accommodate up to 12 people inserted in a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine, the master bedroom with an extra bed, a room for 4 people with a bunk bed and a 1 1/2 bed and the full bathroom with shower and bidet. On the Ground Floor we find "total white" furnishings. Here we find a completely new kitchen, a dining room with a table that seats 6, a triple room with a double bed and a single bed that overlooks the pool area and which we can access through a beautiful wrought iron door. We then find another double bedroom and a bathroom with large shower, sink and bidet
Nature and surroundings
The nature house has a large garden surrounding the house with an above-ground pool, In the little wooden house is the hot tub. Kindly let us know before your arrival if you would like to use the hot tub as we should prepare it. The garden is furnished with a large table, chairs, hammock, swing, deck chairs, and table tennis. The house is only 2 km from Villa Rospigliosi and 2 km from Padule di Fucecchio and 7 km from Via Francigena. It is just 7 km from Vinci and Leonardo's birthplace. At 3 km you will find a swimming pool, tennis court and soccer field; at only 100 mt the bus stop and at 500 mt you will find a bar. At 1 km there is a small supermarket and a pizzeria. Easily accessible are the following tourist attractions: Collodi and the famous Pinocchio park, Pistoia zoo, Abetone, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca.
