A nature house with breathtaking views with south facing garden! This cottage is the last house on a typical French road. The villa situated on a plot of 2.5 ha has sun all day. It is located on a mountain where adjacent in the woods beautiful hiking and biking. The living room has French doors overlooking the pool and from where you can see in the distance the church tower of neighboring Lains. Unique to this villa is that the pool is located in the front garden near the terrace. The house has 2 large bedrooms equipped with double beds. Furthermore, one bedroom is equipped with custom-made bunk beds where a group of 5 children can have a lot of fun. If desired, a 4th bedroom (also about 16m2) can also be used. The house is tastefully decorated including a large antique kitchen table. Furthermore, the house is equipped with all comforts such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, TV and fireplace.

At and around the house are numerous activities. The lawn is suitable for all ball games also a basketball net available. After using the trampoline a nice dip in the pool (July to September 10, other periods on request!). Within walking distance (5 min) is a river with a waterfall where children can have fun all afternoon. There is also a nice waterfall (cascade de la Quinquenouile) which is part of the hiking trail that runs along the house towards Arinthod (over an hour's walk). 4 Mountain bikes are available for wonderful bike rides on the numerous roads near the house. The main facilities such as cafe, restaurant, supermarket, bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy, etc, can be found in the French village of Saint Julien 4 km away. Beautiful and cozy cities, also for local markets are Lons-le-Saunier and Bourg-en-Bresse. But the larger cities of Lyon and Geneva are also easy to do for a day trip. Lac de Vouglans is 20 min away.
