The house is an integral part of the Zesira Farm, The farm covers 20 hectares where there are carob, olive and fruit trees. Guests will be able to take full advantage of the entire territory of the farm for long walks. Our country villa is located in the peaceful countryside of the charming baroque city of Modica and Noto, where time stands still and serenity is restored. You get to the house via a winding well-maintained country lane with breathtaking views 1.8 km long, only standard height cars are recommended (no low-profile cars), it is a scenic route. There you can see mountains, hills and the lowest point of Sicily on the Mediterranean Sea.
