Apartment in good condition, in two-story building ( inhabited on the upper floor by the landlord ) with usable kitchen, living room,entrance hall, balcony, bathroom with washing machine, two bedrooms: one with three single beds, the other with two French beds ( one and a half square), parking space in mixed storage. Suitable for sportsmen and nature lovers who can engage in climbing in the local rock gyms in the village, walking, mountain biking.

Nature house located on a hillside, surrounded by olive groves and chestnut trees ( mushroom picking), in the hamlet of Poggio (12th-century church with late Gothic frescoes) in the municipality of Erli (Savona), in Val Neva; adjacent to the medieval villages of Zuccarello and Castelvecchio RB, in a sunny position. The village has a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, Croce Bianca headquarters, bar, restaurant. 17 Km from Alberga (SV) and thus from the railway station (all trains stop), 16 Km from the highway exit; airports: Nice and Genoa. At 18 Km from Garessio (Cuneo - Ski slopes and mineral waters)You can easily reach the towns of the western Ligurian coast ( Alassio, Laigueglia, Loano), the caves of Toirano and Borgio Verezzi, the medieval towns of the Riviera, the rock climbing gym of Castelbianco (Savona), Lower Piedmont and the Langhe.
