This rural house is one of four houses in an old farmhouse that has been renovated and converted into an agritourism. With its 55sqm, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, well-equipped living room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, furnished terrace and patio. In summer, air conditioning is available on request at a cost of €8 per day. You will always be immersed in a wonderful natural landscape, among olive and fruit trees, woods, cultivated hills. ...And in a short time you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi and much more. From June to October, you will have a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position, overlooking valleys and small medieval villages, instead you can relax all year round thanks to the SPA with mini heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath. To enjoy the sights to the fullest, a car is necessary, which you can easily rent at the arrival airport. 2 e-bikes available.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the center of a 20-hectare farm that produces cereals and extra virgin olive oil. We adopt integrated agricultural production, a sustainable, low-impact production system with the aim of minimizing the use of systems that impact the environment or consumer health. Electricity is 100% from renewable sources certified by TÜV and 18kwp solar carpark with charging station. A large garden of 5,000 square meters surrounds the farmhouse, adorned with a natural lawn, many flowers for every season, bushes of herbs, to be used in the kitchen, many trees, to get some shade; of shade and swing in the hammocks, a vegetable garden and a family orchard where you can pick fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, and plenty of space around, in continuity with the cultivated fields that extend for 20 hectares, all is available to our guests.
