This house is one of four units in a renovated old farmhouse. It offers handicapped amenities: a double bedroom on the ground floor, with independent access from the outside, and an adjoining bathroom with raised toilet facilities with shower and grab bar, large sink, and a shower with seat and grab bar. Air conditioning is available in summer, for €8 per day. With its 145sqm, it can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people, in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped living room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a large furnished patio. You will always be immersed in a beautiful natural landscape, among olive and fruit trees, oak woods, sunflowers, cultivated hills and a relaxing panoramic swimming pool. ...And in a short time you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi and much more. From June to September, you will have a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position, overlooking valleys and small medieval villages.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the center of a 20-hectare farm that produces cereals and extra virgin olive oil. We adopt integrated agricultural production, a sustainable, low-impact production system, with the aim of minimizing the use of systems that impact the environment or consumer health. Electricity is 100% from renewable sources certified by TÜV and 18kwp solar carpark with charging station. A large garden of 5,000 square meters surrounds the farmhouse, adorned with a natural lawn, many flowers for every season, bushes of herbs, to be used in the kitchen, many trees, to get some shade and swing in the hammocks, a vegetable garden and a family orchard where you can pick fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, and lots of space around, in continuity with the cultivated fields that extend for 20 hectares. To enjoy the places to the fullest, you can use our 2 E-Bikes.
