This rural house is one of four houses of a renovated old farmhouse, now operating as an agritourism business. At 120sqm, it can comfortably accommodate a family of 6 in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large dining-living room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, furnished patio. In summer, air conditioning is available on request at a cost of € 8 per day. You will always be immersed in a wonderful natural landscape, among olive and fruit trees, oak woods, sunflowers, cultivated hills and a relaxing panoramic swimming pool. ...and in a short time you can reach Perugia, Todi, Lake Trasimeno, Montefalco, Assisi and much more.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the middle of a 20-hectare organic farm estate, where cereals and olive oil are produced, and the electricity is 100 percent from TÜV-certified renewable sources and 18kwp solar carpark with charging column. A large garden of 5000 square meters surrounds the farmhouse, adorned with a natural lawn, many flowers for every season, bushes of aromatic herbs, to be used in the kitchen, many trees, to get some shade and swing in the hammocks, a vegetable garden and a family orchard where you can pick fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, and a lot of space around, in continuity with the cultivated fields that extend for 20 hectares, all is available to our guests. From June to September, you will have a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position, overlooking valleys and small medieval villages. Given the location, to enjoy the places to the fullest, a car is necessary, which you can easily rent at the airport of arrival.
