On the property are 5 studios (a large room with balcony) and 3 houses (similar to a studio with a bedroom on the floor) with private terrace, all with small kitchen and bathroom, furnished for privacy. All houses are located around a large pool of 80 m2, with terraces, sharing with views of the sea. All studios and apartments have a kitchen and bathroom, and air conditioning. Outside there are sun loungers and parasols, with no fees. All studios have a private balcony and uninterrupted ocean views. There is a welcome basket ready on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, juice, and toast first for breakfast. In the reception hall, there are free to use Pc-printer, table games, TV*Partial rental is possible upon request!

Douliana is a small traditional village, 22 km away. East of the city of Chania, in an area of great natural beauty. In this village (of a total of 300 for Greece) was awarded the title of the national conservation area of beauty "NATURA", keeping agriculture as main activity. The old houses have been rebuilt for holidays and provide traditional life view with the seasons. (Olives and oranges in winter vegetables and fruits in summer, wine in autumn). There are two taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine, and a mini market with local products. From the house is a small road surrounded by forest which leads to the sea 3 km. The nearest beach Kera is 2.5 km and the beaches of Almirida and Kalives are 3 km away where you will also find several supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants, bars, sports center etc.
