Our splendid design villa surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region has been designed for relaxation. Located between two Regional Parks, it comfortably accommodates 8 people and is located just 10km from the Frasassi Caves. The villa with swimming pool is the result of the fantastic renovation of an old rural building. Innovative design solutions manage to keep the building in conditions of environmental comfort with the control of the internal microclimate at a high level, both during summer and winter. The nature house is made warm and comfortable thanks to natural lighting too. The ground floor overlooks the swimming pool and the garden and it is characterized by large windows that make the rooms bright. Composed of 2 apartments (each with 2 bedrooms with independent entrance and bathroom). On the first floor there is the relaxation area with a splendid and wide view of the hills. In the semi-underground area Welness Area with Jacuzzi and Sauna. Fitness area with Unica Technogym.
Nature and surroundings
The villa is located between two parks (Gola della Rossa - Frasassi and Monte Cucco), in a valley between the Umbrian-Marche and Marche Apennines. 3.5 km from the nearest town, therefore in the open countryside, but a step closest town. The owner is a Nature and Excursion Guide and can help you discover the natural parks, the architectural beauties or the eno-gastronomic peculiarities of the area. Interaction with guests. problems and supports of all kinds. We can also plan beautiful experiences for you in our beautiful territories.
