It is a three-level residence with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main entrance is situated on the ground floor where you can find an open plan kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a large room that can be used as a warehouse. The staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with two twin beds, each bedroom has its own bathroom and terrace. In one of the bedrooms, there is an additional small room where a child can be accommodated (3-7 years old). Furthermore, on the top floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed a bathroom, and a private veranda. The nature house can accommodate 8 guests (4 adults and 4 kids: 6-10 years old) in the same bedroom. The living room on the ground floor overlooks a spacious garden (220sq meters) surrounded by ancient olive trees. There you can also find a 40sq meters swimming pool, a fully equipped BBQ and a dinner table.

The Villa is located in the small idyllic village of Kavvadades, about three kilometers from Arillas - and thus from the beach - away. The Villa is a holiday home with pool and sea views on Corfu's scenic North West coast. The land on which the villa is located is the residence of a family of several generations living in the midst of the mountains, but still relatively close to the sea. In addition to this nature house, there are three other holiday villas, loosely and separately grouped, and the private house of the family. The property is overgrown with many beautiful flowers, shrubs, citrus trees and olive trees. At the small village of Kavadades, 500 meters from the farm, you will find small shops such as a butcher’s, a bakery, a mini-market and a good tavern. Three of the most beautiful beaches are: the Arillas and Agios Georgios beaches located 3.5 km away and the beach of Agios Stefanos at 5 km.
