For our guests maximum flexibility, choice and privacy our maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Free secure car parking beyond your own gates leads to a private garden with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining. Spacious and characterful accommodation with large open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen, Double and Twin bedrooms, shower room with WC and separate WC. You have a well-equipped kitchen including everything you need for your self-catering stay. Guests are provided with a welcome pack which includes bread, croissants, butter, preserves, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar. Linen & towels are included in the cost of your rental. Guests love the rural location for its peace and quiet but also appreciate the fact that towns with all necessary facilities are located a short drive away.

Located at the border of the Limousin and the Centre Val de Loire the Barn is to be found in the small village of Vijon. We are surrounded by rural countryside and from the south-facing balcony guests can enjoy 180° views of the trees and fields beyond. It's a great place for bird-watching as well as star-gazing with an unpolluted night sky - we even provide binoculars and a telescope to enhance our guests experience! The area around Vijon is ideal for walking and for cycling with quiet country lanes and very little traffic. There are many lakes nearby including Sidiailles where guests can enjoy watersports and zip-wire adventures as well as walks and tree climbing. Within an hour is The Regional Natural Park of Brenne which has an exceptional natural heritage. The area of Berry Province covers the departments of Indre and Cher in the heart of France and has much to discover - Chateaux, Museums, History, Nature to name but a few - come discover more.
