Nature house in Obervellach

Upon entering, you can smell the wood used to build our new nature house. On the ground floor of the nature house there is a spacious entrance, large bathroom with tub, shower, sink and washer/dryer, a toilet with sink and utility room. Also here is our open living kitchen with island, and in the middle is a beautiful tile stove. A large sliding door offers a magical view and also access to the terrace. A 2 pers. sofa bed is available. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 pers. Beds and possibly another 2 x 1 pers. folding bed. Here is also the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom at the front has a large balcony. The entire upper floor has attics on either side of the bedrooms, where additional storage space is available. The house and location are ideal for organizing / holding retreats, workshops, conferences in nature, etc.

Our beautiful newly built nature house is located 1100 m above sea level. And is located in the mountainous area of the Hohe Tauern. The phenomenal unobstructed view of the Mölltal is breathtaking. Nature shows itself in its purest form. And the crickets will be heard from their most musical side in the evening. Our house is the perfect start for beautiful marked hiking trails, alpine meadows and mountain huts. Obervellach is centrally located between Spittal a.d. Drau and Lienz. Ski resorts are 10 km (Mallnitz Ankogel) or 20 km (Mölltal Glacier) from our house. Beautiful gorges, motorcycle park, white water sports, swimming pool and tennis hall are also among the ultimate possibilities of this small village. And in winter you can enjoy the toboggan run and/or snowshoeing. There is another shooting range at the campground. For cultural entertainment, the Obervellach tourism office knows all about current events taking place during your stay.
