Nature house in Lievelde

This special nature house is located between Groenlo and Winterswijk, near nature reserve Korenburgerveen. The cottage is sandwiched between two old oaks, detached and has a beautiful unobstructed view with lots of privacy. Come relax and live like a god in the Achterhoek. Relax by the campfire or snuggle up by the wood stove with a glass of wine or cold Grolsch. You have a large private garden with sitting area, garden table, outdoor pool, pizza oven and, on request, with hot tub. Other facilities are shared with the landlord, including a swimming pool, bocce court, outdoor kitchen and trampoline. The cottage is tastefully decorated and the open kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. The beds are made. Inside you can play darts, shuffleboard and there are games. Through the stable windows you look out over the coulisse countryside with bats, deer, foxes and owls! A vintage tandem is at your disposal free of charge. At the end of the street the moor begins. The vast Korenburgerveen is located in an area where you can wander through a historic farmland landscape with beautiful forests, streams, heaths and raised bogs. Cranes even nested here last spring. From the nature house you can cycle on the free tandem through the moor to the cozy Winterswijk. Other nice places within cycling distance: Groenlo, Aalten and book town Bredevoort. On car distance: Hanseatic city Zutphen, Doetinchem and of course Arnhem. Even more beautiful nature in the area can be found at the quarry near Winterswijk, where sometimes an eagle owl breeds, and at Zwilbrocker Venn, the northernmost flamingo breeding area. Furthermore, there are ancient castles in the area. Ruurlo castle is home to MORE (Modern Realism) museum. In short, the Achterhoek! The beautiful unexpected part of the Netherlands.
