This nature house is located in Coo, Stavelot, within walking distance of the famous waterfalls. It was renovated in the fall of 2025. Behind the cottage is a large forest. This is an ideal base for nature lovers, hikers, sports enthusiasts and peace seekers. The cottage has 1 double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, terrace. The fireplace in the living room provides the necessary warmth on cold evenings. There is a Smart TV with Flemish and Dutch channels, as well as a Chromecast, WIFI, magazines, books, board games ... In short ... everything you need to have a good time. The cottage is located on a hill and overlooks other cottages, providing a fantastic view of the valley. Note: the cottage is on a hill so there are stairs to overcome. Dogs are also welcome, the terrace can be fully enclosed. Bed, bath and kitchen linen is not provided.

The cottage is located in a small, non-commercial, quiet park with barely 34 cottages, in the middle of the hill Thier de Coo and right next to a forest. This means that there is no café, store (7 minutes drive), swimming pool, .... In Coo there are several restaurants within walking distance. After booking you will receive an info folder with activities and interesting info about the neighborhood. This makes preparing your stay a lot easier. This info is also in the cottage. Hiking, running, trail, cycling and mountain biking routes ... there are many that can start at the cottage or nearby such as the Ninglinspo, Hoëgne or Tros-Marets. Do you prefer to stay in the cottage? The large windows give you an endless view of the mountains and the Amblève valley. There are no other cottages right in front of Le Vieux Sart 32, so the view is not disturbed. Ideal for unwinding! PlopsaCoo is a mile and a half away, so there may be some families in the park in the summer.
