The nature house is detached on a partially walled lot of about 4 acres, with shady oaks and sycamores. Across the yard is the landlord's home. Time has stood still here. Ideal hiking and biking area. Directly from the house are several hiking and biking with bike and / or mountain bike possible. The cottage still has authentic elements such as a bread oven and is warmly decorated. There is one living room. The kitchen is modern and you will find everything you need for cooking and baking. Cooking is on induction and a combi-oven is available. You can make coffee with the available Nespresso machine. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with separate shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Upstairs there are no facilities. At the front and side of the cottage you can sit and enjoy the peace and fantastic views.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in northern Limousin 13 kilometers from Boussac, a small town of about 1700 inhabitants, where all amenities are available. The surroundings are quiet, hilly and wooded. Nature is beautiful, along the banks of the Petit Creuse. Nearby are several places of interest (castles, ancient churches, and the like). There are routes for cycling and mountain biking on numerous, small, (un)paved roads. The routes are marked. At Pierre Jaumatre one finds a famous rock formation with the possibility of doing a climbing course. 8 kilometers away is Châtelux Malvaleix and there you will find a large swimming lake with beaches, the artisan butcher and baker and a small supermarket (alimentation). In the village you can go for small groceries (2 km). Larger towns in the area are, La Châtre, Guéret and Montlucon. If you play golf, we recommend the beautiful course of Les Dryades (20km).
