This nature house is a double linked vacation home consisting of an old and new part.This ad concerns the new part. This new part was built with love and passion in 2000 as our home for life in France.From the entrance with awning at the front of the house, you enter the central hall with toilet, open staircase and a passage to the living area with open American kitchen. The living room has a large dining table, sitting area, fireplace and a TV with Dutch channels.There is also a utility room with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.On the upper floor is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining 2nd bedroom (1x single bed) and luxury bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the landing are 2 single beds. The house has a private terrace and sitting area outside. There is a beautiful communal swimming pool of 8x4 m with roman steps. Around the pool is a terrace .

Just under 500 meters from the nature house is the small village of Fraysinnet with about 300 inhabitants. Nearby is the nature reserve the Parc Naturel Regional des Causses du Quercy. In this beautiful piece of nature, among others, the rivers Lot, Dordogne and Cele flow through. As a result, there is plenty of opportunity for various water sports. Nature also invites you for a brisk walk, a bike ride, a horseback ride and even a game of golf. The nature house is quite central to drive to various attractions by car. It is also highly recommended to visit various markets in the area.
