In a small authentic hamlet lies our detached stone Gite. A practical cool vacation home with a sunny terrace of 45m2 equipped with wooden garden furniture. The nature house has a spacious cozy kitchen with patio doors adjacent to the terrace. A bright spacious living room with wood stove. On the ground floor a wardrobe and toilet. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a marble rain shower and a 2nd separate toilet. This cottage is part of our organic walnut estate of 25 ha.

Our property is located on the border of acquitane and midi-pyrenee, in a beautiful natural environment. Very quiet, yet a short distance from all major attractions both in the Dordogne (Sarlat, Domme, Roque-Gageac, Beynac) and the Lot ( Cahors, Cirq-Lapopie). Directly from the cottage there are countless hiking trails, cycling routes, mountain biking. In May/June there are 12 wild orchid species in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there is a lot of wildlife (deer, rabbits, wild boar and numerous species of birds). We ourselves have an organic walnut farm and produce walnut oil. The house and its surroundings offer a perfect place to completely unwind, enjoy nature, and visit the many attractions (markets, caves, castles, picturesque villages) P.s. for electric cars we have a charging point (plug type 2) but of course also an ordinary plug connection in the parking lot of the vacation home.
