A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. The delicate tones and Provencal dècor, give our rooms a relaxing atmosphere, making it a real oasis of peace. The villa is on three floors. The ground floor with large kitchen with direct access to the garden and dining room. From the kitchen and dining room there is the access through the wooden sliding door to a large double room with private bathroom and direct access with patio doors onto the garden veranda. The top floor, high sloping ceilings, consists of a large 1 bedroom with a double bed, two singles and cot plus 1 smaller bright bedroom with two single beds (or one double). The modern bathroom is very spacious and is located between the two rooms. Bookings for more than 9 persons, we will be prepared for the stay a quadruple room with private bathroom and access to a private terrace on the lower floor of the house.

The villa is located on the first hill of Arenzano just 2 km from the sea. Surrounded by greenery is ideal for lovers of the sea and the mountains. Michela and Andrea will be glad to recommend the best activities to be performed during the stay of its guests, including information on pub, bar, beach clubs and restaurants best in Arenzano and surroundings.A short walk from the villa you can reach the fabulous hiking trails that allow you to make some wonderful walks on our mountains above the sea. The center of Arenzano and the sea just a few kilometers from the apartment, reachable by car in a few minutes. Inside the Marina of Arenzano are placed a famous diving center, rental boats and bicycles. From the Marina starts a beautiful promenade overlooking the sea, born along the old railway line, highly recommended for a walk, especially at dawn and dusk and for jogging or cycling. A few kilometers from the villa there is a Golf Club Arenzano Pineta and the nearby St. Anne's Golf Lerca.
