The farm stands on an area of 1.5 ha. Where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the environment. And the barn swallows flying around the nature house, a small village called Karl in the state of Rjnland-Palatinate with 200 inhabitants. There is no use of gas, everything is on electricity. In the conservatory is a soapstone stove. There are apple trees, blackberry red, white and black currant bushes, plum trees and grapes. And there is a vegetable garden for fresh herbs, etc. In short, a house where you can relax.

Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the wine growing region along the Mosel.Take walks on the certified trails in the Hunsruck the Westerwald or the Eifel.The landscape of the Eifel is defined by dense forests , extinct volcanoes and numerous lakes ( crater lakes ) Visit the Volcano Museum the Lava - Dome and feel how the earth shakes during a multimedia volcanic eruption , or take an excursion through the solidified lava flow .
