Nature house in Squinzano

our "little house" is located along a road surrounded by pine trees and olive groves that connects two towns in Salento Squinzano and San Pietro Vernotico , distant from the two of about 2 Km. From the city of Lecce it is 22 Km, from Brindisi 18Km and from the Adriatic coast 9Km. The magnificent Ionian coast is also easily accessible. Although it is a very rustic and simple environment, it does not lack essential amenities, with one exception: running water is not drinkable.

The studio is isolated in the countryside, and thus enjoys a particularly relaxing atmosphere cheered only by birdsong and the screeching of cicadas. The tall pines around it shade it making the temperature pleasant even in the height of summer, and along the road centuries-old olive trees tell of the 'Salento environment.
