Nature house in Nieuw Heeten

Through a driveway of 300 m to reach detached nature house with private parking, entrance and terrace with unparalleled views over the countryside and forest where the deer can be spotted. It includes a living room, full kitchen including dishwasher, a dining room, shower and separate toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Beds are made up! Optionally, the stay can be extended with well-stocked refrigerator, so no time commitment to enjoy breakfast. Enjoy starting the day at your / your convenience with a cup of fresh bean coffee on your / your own terrace! Towels and shampoos etc. is of course ready for you / you. The area is rural and very quiet (no neighbors except ourselves). The dog may also come along, provided they are friendly with our two lovely dogs Jet and Suuz and the two horses. Please no (shelter) dogs that can not run loose, there have nothing to Jet and Suuz. The final cleaning we do ourselves and costs nothing.

The Sallandse Heuvelrug and Holterberg are a short distance from the vacation home, where you can do fantastic hiking and cycling. On top of the mountain you have a magnificent view of kilometers over the heathland and you can wander endlessly without meeting anyone. And: On the Sallandse Heuvelrug you can still see the grouse if you're lucky! Places like Holten, Nijverdal and Bathmen are in the vicinity. A little further is the artistic and atmospheric village of Gorssel (One of the Netherlands' nicest museums More) and Zutphen (hanseatic city). For a fun day out, Deventer is highly recommended! Just 12 km away you have a multitude of unique stores there that you do not encounter further in the Netherlands. Also nearby is the Ijssel River, a very different landscape. Nearby is the marskramerpad, a hiking trail from Oldenzaal to The Hague, so an ideal overnight spot. Nice restaurants are plenty in the neighborhood if you / you do not feel like cooking. This can be done in your/your kitchen!
