Are you looking for a place where the squirrels walk right by? And yet within walking distance of the sunny beach? Read on quickly...Very privacy full location, next to the forest, just 1500 meters from the beach. Experience the tranquility, enjoy nature. On the first floor we have created 2 beautiful new apartments/studios. Studio 2; Upon entering a living room with kitchen, with kitchen equipment. In the living room there is a (sleeping) couch, side table, TV. There is access to a separate toilet. Adjacent is a lockable bedroom, with closet, and double bed. Adjacent is a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, wooden vanity and toilet. The nature house is at garden level. The garden is fully enclosed, lovely green with plenty of sun and shade options. There is also a trampoline, some sports equipment and a petanque field. One floor up is the swimming pool and terrace.
Nature and surroundings
The apartments can both be booked, making it ideal for families. Next to the house is a protected park/forest where it is full of critters. Squirrels regularly walk by and play in the trees in front of the terrace. Dolphins are very regularly spotted near the coast. The environment is green, olive trees, date trees, orange trees and almond trees set the tone, in addition to the many vines in the area. Near the beach, an ecological footpath runs along the coast between Benissa and Calpe. Along the way, information boards explain the environment at various points. Hiking, biking, diving; there is plenty to do in the area. This beautiful place on the Costa Blanca is an hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports and has one of the healthiest climates in Europe! All this was enough reasons for our family to emigrate with our 3 young children and we really like it!
