Spending the night on a real estate? Come to this nature house and experience it! In the triangle Sallandse Heuvelrug, Vechtdal and IJssel Valley, within the moat of Den Alerdinck, there are four houses. This nature house is one of them. Semi-detached, with complete privacy and very stylishly decorated. The rich history has shaped the estate for centuries: atmospheric lodging in nature. Enjoy a wide view over the meadows. Here the nights are dark and the owl calls. Walk into the woods and the historic orchard with very old apple varieties. Find the wall of slate fruit. The cottage is furnished with all modern comforts and a wood stove. One bedroom (double bed) ground floor and the other bedroom (two x single bed) is upstairs. Here is also the walk-through bedroom with a single bed. Patio doors in all rooms and terraces make outdoor living very pleasant.
Nature and surroundings
The remarkable thing is, the Den Alerdinck estate is still complete. The estate first appears in the archives around 1431. For example, there is the old "sea dyke" that runs around the original estate. The surroundings are beautiful: with wonderful hiking and biking trails. Our neighbors, the Colckhof estate of Natuurmonumenten, also have wonderful hiking trails. As well as the nature reserves Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Vecht valley and the IJssel valley. Visit the Hanseatic cities: Zwolle (12 km), Deventer (30 km) or Kampen (30 km). Or the tourist town of Dalfsen (13 km) and Hattem (15 km). In Heino (6 km) there is castle the Nijenhuis with museum the Fundatie. In short, with a combination of nature and culture, there is plenty to experience from this nature house.
