Equipped with all comforts, Naturehouse is a large farmhouse just outside the historic center of Spoleto, with three acres of land with gardens, fruit trees, olive trees, and oaks. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen with dining room. Sleeps 11 Arrival and departure times are flexible and to be arranged with the owners. The house is on three floors delightfully furnished On the highest floor there are three bright bedrooms, one with a double bed (separable on request) and three single beds on the loft; a central one with a double bed (separable on request); and a double. All rooms have a safe, private bathroom with shower, and large closets. On the middle floor, a cozy double living room with fireplace, digital TV, stereo, wifi, overlooks with beautiful views. Bedroom with single bed and additional pull-out bed. Downstairs large equipped kitchen with splendid fireplace and dining room
Nature and surroundings
The house is positioned on a hill and surrounded by about three hectares of fenced land. In front of the house is a plateau, with panoramic views, of lawn bordered by olive trees and ornamental plants and shaded by a large, centuries-old holm oak. Numerous fruit trees (apples, figs, cherries, apricots, persimmons, walnuts, hazelnuts etc.), olive trees, oaks, elms and brooms Barbecue, outdoor tables and deck chairs
