Adults only accommodation. Near De Koog on the Wadden Island Texel, we rent out a beautiful detached vacation home with lots of privacy. Enjoy the tranquility and nature from the living room at this nature house. The nature house is surrounded by woods and meadows. The small nature reserve in which it is located is home to many species of birds and special trees and plants. The dunes, the beach and the center of De Koog are just a short walk away. The house has central heating, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a garden room, a spacious living room and a kitchen. The beds are of very good quality and you sleep under Texel comforters. You can rent bed linen or bring your own. All rooms are on the ground floor and are therefore very suitable for seniors.
Nature and surroundings
Texel is a vacation island with varied nature. On the west side of the island you will find farmlands, forest, heaths and dunes. This detached vacation home is quiet and rural at the edge of the woods near the bustling seaside resort of De Koog. Only a row of dunes separates the village from the beach and the sea. In the cozy village center - 1 kilometer from your vacation home - you will find stores, restaurants, supermarkets and bicycle rentals. Due to the convenient location of your vacation home, you can cycle to the extensive North Sea beach with beach pavilions within 10 minutes. Should you find the sea water too cold to swim in, the subtropical swimming paradise Calluna is a good alternative. The beautiful nature reserve De Muy is nearby.
