Vacation homes are located in three buildings spread throughout the hamlet. The entire complex has 25 beds distributed in 8 apartments with 2 to 6 beds. The houses are located in old rural stone and wood buildings that have been completely and tastefully renovated and furnished with period furniture or manufactured in the style of the place made to measure. Each house, with its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, one or more private bathrooms, overlooks terraces or large fenced green spaces equipped with slides, swings, swimming pool and other children's games. The houses are habitable in all seasons: for winter they are all equipped with radiators and some have large fireplaces where you can grill food; for summer the average temperature inside never exceeds 19 degrees Celsius allowing guests to enjoy cool refreshment from the heat of the cities. Guests also have free use of 4 mountain bikes for pleasant excursions.

The village of San Pio di Fontecchio is nestled in the Sirente Velino Regional Park, one of Abruzzo's four parks ( the other three are: Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park , Abruzzo National Park and Majella National Park).
