Our nature house, Beauloup Ardennes is located in Trou de Bra, a borough of Lierneux. It is known in the region as "Le petit château" and stands right on the edge of the forest. The cottage contains a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace. There is kitchen with a view of the forest. There are 4 bedrooms including a mezzanine and tower room and two recently renovated bathrooms. Finally, outside there is a terrace with bbq and petanque area. During low season, the cottage is rented per weekend (Fri-Sun), midweek (Mon-Fri) or week (Fri-Fri). During vacation periods BE/NL only per week (Fri-Fri). Upon confirmation you will receive an extensive information brochure with more details of the cottage and what to do in the area.

From the garden you can go directly into the forest. Early in the morning or at dusk there is a good chance of seeing game: a roe deer, a wild boar, a fox or if you are lucky: a deer. Just be careful during hunting season: there are warning signs with the date when hunting takes place in that piece of forest. In the garden, besides snakes and toads, you can also meet fire salamanders. These are very endangered and are not very common. We are fortunate to be able to "house" them in our garden. Please respect their peace when you see them, and there is no need to be afraid of them: they do not harm anyone at all. In addition, there is currently nearby a buzzard nest, a fantastic animal and wonderful to see it flying over our cottage.
