An attractive and comfortable house, a unique place for peace seekers, suitable for 2-6 people. This nature house is located in Twente near Ootmarsum, within walking distance of the village of Vasse (about 10 minutes) and very nicely hidden on the edge of the woods around the Tutenberg. The cottage is fully equipped. The entire house is ground floor, with underfloor heating and central heating. The living room is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs. From the sliding doors you enter the terrace with garden set, cushions and parasol. There is a radio/cd player and a TV. WIFI (fiber optic) is available free of charge. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo and coffee maker. There is also a fridge/freezer and induction hob. The shower room and toilet are separate. There is a washing machine, walk-in shower and bath furniture. Renting bed and bath linen includes kitchen linen. From May until September we rent the house per whole week.
Nature and surroundings
Wake up to birdsong, spot deer and hares, enjoy a particularly peaceful place in the middle of nature. The view over the meadows, a lovely seat on the meadow side it will surprise you. The nature reserves 'Dal van de Mosbeek' and 'Het Springendal' are in the immediate vicinity. There are many beautiful walking and cycling routes around Vasse and Ootmarsum, in the house are the routes for you. In the village there are bicycles for rent and at the house is a lockable bike storage. The house is located on a private forest plot of 1.5 ha, an ideal (play) forest, where children can romp. There are swings, a sandbox and climbing rope. There is enough space right in front of the house to park 2-3 cars.
