Our detached energy neutral luxury vacation home is located in the countryside in the middle of the best preserved part of the New Dutch Waterline. Our cottage is located on a quiet green country road. At this nature house You have an unobstructed view of Fort Honswijk, the fruit trees and meadows with cattle. You also have an enclosed private garden, adjacent to a meadow with standard fruit trees of the owner. The Bovenhuys (75m2) has a French balcony and its own lockable storage room for 2 bicycles. Each vacation home has 2 private parking spaces.

Peace and nature on the Island of SchalkwijkMake long walks on the adjacent wooden shoe paths. You will pass the Drowned Forest, eat cherries in the cozy Cherry Garden or eat and drink at Pand Pannekoek, Jonkheer de Ram, fort WKU or at Haje. Take a bike ride (our municipality has already been voted cycling city twice) or rent a whisper boat and enjoy nature on and around the Dutch Waterline.
