The Villa, recently renovated over a rural preexistent house, is a single-floor easily accessible building, flooded with light weaving through the airy outdoor patio. The property renovation ended in May 2019 and has been made tastefully and to a very high and modern standard.The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with large double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). All rooms are air-conditioned. A shaded large yard is connected to the dining room overlooking a cozy garden with orange and lemon trees. The Villa accommodates up to 6 persons. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided while you stay.

A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue facility complete the property exterior area.Outdoor chill-out areas are everywhere in the property. You can enjoy your al fresco breakfasts and dinners in the large patio, in the shaded yard, around the pool in the garden.
