The house opens up on a large green common area with bbq, herb and vegetable garden and private footpath to the beach cafe and beach.The house is 1 of only 5, set in a 200+ acre private, verdant, gated beachfront estate set far back from the main road on the Western edge of Mavrovouni Beach, 7 km from the town of Gythio.

Guests may grill on the BBQ, bake in the stone oven, gather fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden, directly access the beach or run, walk, cycle or ride on the 2.5 km on-site track.
