In the beautifully situated orchard, is our self-built cozy farmhouse cabin with equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishes, etc, dining table/chairs inside/outside, umbrella) and 1 minute walking distance from the comfortable bathroom and shared fridge/freezer and washing machine. The cabin has two cozy bedsteads with good double mattresses and the loft has a play/sleeping area. The location of this nature house is central; on the edge of the quiet small farm campsite for easy contact and also privacy. Also close to our other cottage (gîte) and the cozy yard with small livestock around, two swimming pools, a self-service store, playground and loan bicycles. There is much to learn, discover, play freely and help daily with 'farmer Rik'. Very suitable for young families as well as for those seeking peace and quiet, who are open to a relaxed experience that will be enjoyed long after the campfires and beautiful conversations ....
Nature and surroundings
Our active organic and centuries old farm on our estate is beautifully situated and has besides Limousine cows also sheep, horses and small livestock. Surrounded by slightly hilly countryside with very old oaks, bushes, meadows, (swimming) lakes, insanely beautiful sunsets, vistas, peace and quiet, you come to yourself and each other during your walk or bike ride on paved quiet roads. And yet close to civilization. There is much to discover such as farmers markets, culture and music festivals, flea markets and of course delicious food among the French themselves.
