You’ll find this splendidly converted farmhouse standing on a large family estate enjoying a fantastic open view of valleys and hills covered with olive groves, oak woods and vineyards. There is a large, well-kept garden shaded by cherry trees and a terrace on the valley. Inside, stone and oak fireplace, old furniture and paintings, a well equipped kitchen with thick walls which are part of the beautiful roman cistern that can be visited from the garden.The property and the garden are garnished with Roman and medioeval ruins from the ancient foundations of Castellano. Sitting in the shade of its lovely trees, visitors can enjoy the quiet of Sabine countryside surrounded by ancient columns, stones and Roman mosaics.The property:Two houses, a bigger and a smaller one, with large dedicated outdoor spaces; in common, they have a pool, one-acre garden, a panoramic terrace, the orchard, the vineyard and a vegetable garden; lastly, a wood oven for pizza with barbecue and a football fied.
