Enjoy the fully equipped cottage, ensuite bathroom and cozy living room with fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. A separate shower, toilet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and infrared sauna. The vacation home is fully equipped. Take a seat on the spacious terrace, make a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the squirrels climbing through the trees. Next to the cottage you will find a spacious storage room where several bicycles can be placed and where you have the possibility of charging electric bicycles. Treat yourself, come, enjoy the cottage, the place and the fantastic environment.
Nature and surroundings
Holten is an active and cozy Sallands village and is inextricably linked to the Holterberg - which is part of National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. This park is unique. Here you will find one of the largest contiguous dry heathlands in Europe. The lateral moraine has an almost un-Dutch feel due to its height differences. Enjoy the forest and heathland, the beautiful views and landscapes. It is all possible on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, a dynamic nature reserve with mountains full of experiences for active outdoor people. Lovely walking or cycling is possible here in every season. Where the woods provide shade from the hot sun in the summer, you will find shelter from the wind in the other seasons. Discover the fresh nature in the spring, contemplate the beautiful moors in the summer, enjoy the beautiful natural colors in the autumn or brave a cold winter day and relax by the fireplace in the cottage.
