The one-bedroom apartment of 60 square meters is ideal for a romantic getaway . Ancient stone steps lead to the large terrace framed by a cool loggia where the old bread oven still stands. You can relax while admiring a beautiful landscape with views of the pool and surrounding hills. The two-room apartment with wooden beams and terracotta floor has a large living room, dining room, sitting area with sofa bed and corner kitchen with dishwasher embellished by a large antique stone fireplace with warm nuances combined with natural wood. The master bedroom with exposed stone walls has a breathtaking view of the farmhouse, lavender field and forest. Finally, a large bathroom with shower.
Nature and surroundings
The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal vacation for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to indulge in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature. In June 2021 we opened the restaurant that also offers breakfast service and a children's playground surrounded by the green park. To reach the facility there are 800 meters of road with stabilized
