This typical Ardennes nature house is located in Wibrin (Houffalize), a peaceful village in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes where it seems as if time has stood still. This region is known as the most beautiful in Belgium. The village of Achouffe, with its famous brewery and Brasserie d'Achouffe, is part of Wibrin. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with large stove / oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a beautiful large table for delicious dining and a cozy sitting area by the TV with digicorder so all channels available. There is a lovely jacuzzi and covered lounge overlooking the vast garden and an enclosed storage room for bicycles, motorcycles, ...... Crib and high chair are available (please notify before arrival)!!! Youth groups will be refused on arrival due to repeated nuisance. My apologies to the young people who would just have a quiet vacation.
Nature and surroundings
Wibrin is the ideal base for hikers and cyclists. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails available. You will be amazed by the beautiful nature, beautiful valleys and forests. And with some luck you will spot some wild deer and raccoons. Also for lovers of other sports, the area has a lot to offer, such as kayaking, swimming, jogging,.... There is an outdoor swimming pool within walking distance that is open to everyone during the summer months. In Wibrin itself, every Friday and Saturday there is Music City, a restaurant with karaoke and live music by various bands and singers. But also the cozy and atmospheric Charme de Wibrin and Machouffel for a delicious meal or a drink inside or the sunny terrace.
