The apartment is located on the second floor of the farmhouse, has exposed-beam ceilings and rustic terracotta floors.About 100 square meters in size, it is ideal for a traveling group of friends or large families. From the loggia of the farmhouse, a flight of wooden stairs will lead you to this huge apartment consisting of a large entrance hall with sofa and armchair and a large eat-in kitchen equipped with electric oven and fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a single) and a large bathroom with shower.
Nature and surroundings
The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal vacation for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to indulge in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature. In June 2021 we opened the restaurant that also offers breakfast service and a children's playground surrounded by the green park. To reach the facility there are 800 meters of road with stabilized
