This 70 sq. m. nature house is an ideal solution for the traveling family. From the loggia of the farmhouse, a flight of wooden stairs leads you to the second floor entrance to the apartment with kitchen with electric oven, fireplace and dining room. Completely paved in terracotta tiles contrasting the wooden beams on the ceiling. It has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower. The wood-framed master bedroom takes you back in time to a romantic atmosphere, special are the dressers with antique scents on which the ever-present abatjours are laid. From the small room you will have a breathtaking view of the forest and lavender field. While from the large room you can admire the barn and swimming pool all surrounded by rolling hills overlooking Chianti Rufina. Both rooms have independent access to the bathroom.

The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence.
