The one-bedroom apartment of 34 sqm is located very close to the restaurant and the swimming pool. It is structured on 2 floors: on the ground floor you will find the furnished kitchen and a special wood stove, a wooden staircase will lead you to the second floor where you will find the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The apartment has a private terrace surrounded by flowers where you can relax
Nature and surroundings
The property dates back to the distant 1400s, is surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoiled Chianti Rufina landscape and stretches along the right bank of the Sieve River only 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal vacation for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to indulge in total relaxation lulled by the sounds of nature. In June 2021 we opened the restaurant that also offers breakfast service and a children's playground surrounded by greenery in the park.
