This nature house is located on the small-scale estate the Voortwisch in green Winterswijk. The view is beautiful and privacy and peace is guaranteed by location in nature. Parking on private property and bicycles can be charged in private storage. This cozy home is suitable for 5 people and a baby, has a luxury bathroom on the ground floor and a 2nd toilet on the floor, where the 3 bedrooms are located. The luxury kitchen is equipped with induction hob, combination oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area, TV with Netflix. The sitting area is situated around the fireplace and overlooks the large sunny garden. Through the sliding doors there is access to the spacious garden, which has several seating areas. The terrace has an electric awning. Rest, Nature, Freedom, Space and Luxury that offers the Holiday Home. The evenings can be prolonged in the garden house with heating.

Winterswijk has a center (3 km away) with beautiful shopping streets and cozy eateries where local products are offered in abundance. From the house you are within 50 meters in the countryside, where you can walk and enjoy peace and quiet. For children there is more than enough entertainment in Winterswijk, An indoor playground, indoor pool, outdoor pool, recreational lake, cinema, and many sports facilities.
